Wisptr is a preparation and real-time assistance tool for interviews. It transcribes your session and suggests answers built from the CV and information you provide. It is a support tool — you are always the one speaking and responsible for what you say.
You must be at least 16 to use Wisptr. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.
Practice mode is free. Live features require a paid subscription, billed monthly at the price shown at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
We want you to be happy with Wisptr. You can request a refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that payment, as long as you have not substantially used the live service. Because Wisptr's live, in-interview help is delivered to you instantly, once you have used live features for more than 15 minutes in total the service is treated as used and delivered, and a refund is no longer available for that payment.
By starting a live session, you are expressly asking us to begin providing the service straight away, and you acknowledge that once you have started and used it you may lose the right to a refund or to cancel for that billing period.
Your legal rights come first. Nothing in this policy takes away or limits any refund or cancellation rights the law gives you where you live. In particular: consumers in the UK and EU have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a digital service (which can be lost once you agree to the service starting and begin using it); and consumers in the United States keep any non-waivable rights under their state's law. Where the law that applies to you gives you stronger rights than this policy, those stronger rights apply. To request a refund, email nod786@gmail.com from your account email and we'll deal with it promptly.
This refund policy is written to sit alongside your statutory consumer rights, not replace them. It is provided in good faith and is not legal advice; if you are unsure of your rights, seek independent advice.
Wisptr is designed to help you present your own real experience at its best — not to fabricate qualifications. You agree to use it responsibly and truthfully, and not to misrepresent your skills or experience. Some employers, platforms or assessments may restrict outside assistance during interviews or tests; it is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you. You use Wisptr at your own discretion and risk.
Don't use Wisptr for anything unlawful, don't attempt to break, reverse-engineer or resell the service, don't share your account, and don't upload content you don't have the right to use.
Wisptr is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any employer, recruiter or interview platform. We don't guarantee any interview result, job offer, or the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions — always review what you say.
Wisptr and its software, branding and content are owned by us. You keep ownership of the content you upload (your CV, notes, etc.), and grant us the limited permission needed to process it to provide the service.
Wisptr is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its suggestions will be accurate or suitable for any particular situation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of opportunity, arising from your use of Wisptr. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using Wisptr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
