Wisptr is an interview-preparation and real-time assistance tool. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at nod786@gmail.com.
We process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), on the basis of our legitimate interests (running and improving Wisptr, preventing abuse), and, where required, with your consent (which you can withdraw at any time).
We use trusted service providers ("processors") strictly to run the service:
Some of these providers are based outside the UK/EU (for example, in the United States). Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal data.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account (see below) or ask us to, we delete your personal data, except anything we're legally required to keep (for example, basic payment records for tax purposes).
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account and data yourself from your dashboard, or email us and we'll action it. If you're in the UK/EU and you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO at ico.org.uk).
We use your browser's local storage to keep you logged in. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Wisptr is not intended for anyone under 16. Please don't use it if you are under 16.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
